(305) 987-2668 Mrs. Beatrice Koubi, ??a homeschooling mom of four, has taught handsewing, knitting, crochet, geography, art history and world history as well as German at different homeschool enrichment? classes (PACE, HOME, PATH and Granada Day School after school program) over the past 10? years. Prior she has used knitting and hand sewing with her patients as part of occupational therapy at Jackson Memorial Hospital for several years. She has had the opportunity to live and visit many countries; (U.S., Switzerland, France, Israel, Italy, Tunisia, and England) and this has? brought together an interesting mix of art, culture, and work experience.  Her homeschooling? philosophy is based on a love for learning and her classes incorporate interactive hands-on? activities and cultural mixture of art and history.
