Registration sign-up schedule & fees: There are No REFUNDS

· Early Bird Discount (PACE members Only) Deadline 2/1/2025

$45 per child-
Private testing- $25 per child (Material) + $100 (Administrator’s fee, paid day of testing)

· Regular Registration (PACE and Non-PACE members) Deadline 3/20/2025

$55 per child- (PACE Members)
$65 per child- (Non-PACE members)
Private testing- $35 per child (Material) + $100 (Administrator’s fee, paid day of testing)

· Late Registration from 3/21 until capacity is reached

$80 per child (PACE members Only)
$90 per child (Non-PACE members)
Private testing- $45 per child (Material) + $100 (Administrator’s fee, paid day of testing)

· Additional Services available: Certified Dade County Teacher Testing Evaluation Letter

$20 per child (This can be submitted to the County instead or with your test scores, if elected, will be invoiced separtely)

Criteria to determine who qualifies as a PACE family based on their registration in the program:

Registered for Both PACE Enrichment Semesters of the current year.
Registered for One PACE Enrichment Semester with Full Registration Fee.
Registered for One PACE Enrichment Semester, paying Early Bird Fee, and Upgraded to PACE Support Group.
Part of the PACE Support Group for 2024-2025.

Testing formats for various grade levels:

Testing for Grades 1-8: IOWA TESTING Form G, Core Battery format, is administered for students in 1st through 8th grade.
Testing for Grades 9-12: IOWA TESTING Form E, Complete Battery format, is given to high school students in grades 9th through 12th.
Private or Kindergarten Testing: P.A.C.E. does not offer testing for kindergarten students. However, parents who wish to test their kindergarten-age children or have their child test privately, can arrange that with Domenique Tapia, the Testing Administrator. (ALL private testing must be scheduled within sign up deadlines.)

Note:

· Parents will receive an Individual Profile that includes the student’s scores in percentile, stanine, and grade level equivalence.

· No stamped, self-addressed envelope for test results will be required, as all testing results will be emailed electronically.
